Founded in 1991, CALA grew from trenchless pioneer to biggest No-Dig company in Romania and a reference name in the industry of trenchless technologies. We offer a complete range of services from pipe rehabilitation of existing underground utilities to construction of new underground utility networks.

Urban development and growth dynamics determined underground utility development too, and the need for rapid intervention, construction, rehabilitation, expansion of the underground utilities became a challenge for which the most effective solution was discovered and perfected within the last 50 years: THE NO-DIG TECHNOLOGY
